Do you have a question, need help or can't find the answer to a technical problem? Contact us directly from your Yousign account.
Log in to your Yousign account,
Click on the Help page at the bottom left of your screen (with the bubble icon),
Select the topic of your request from :
Commercial request,
Feature request,
Incident or bug report,
Completion request (AES, QES, API, SSO),
Other request,
Write your message,
If necessary, attach documents to complete your request,
Click on "Send message".
Once your request has been validated, our team will reply by e-mail within a few hours.
If you do not have a Yousign account

If you do not have a Yousign account, you must contact the sender of the signature request. The sender's name appears on the signature request received by e-mail.
