Archiving is a legal electronic archiving service offered by Yousign through its partner Arkhineo, a certified third-party archiver.
With this service, you can archive your documents for 10 years (from the date of archiving).
Archiving is an add-on to your Yousign subscription.
How to archive documents
When creating a signature request or a template, you can specify if you want to archive the documents once the request has been signed. To do this:
Go to the “Archive documents” subsection in the “Settings” section while creating your signature request.
Select the “Archive documents of this request” option (by default, the option is deactivated)
Once the request has been signed by all signers, the documents will be automatically archived in a digital safe in CDC Arkhineo.
If you have subscribed to the “Y archiving” option, you will see a third option, to archive documents in two different places in CDC Arkhinéo.
Track your archives consumption
It is possible to track the consumption of archives (in Mo) within your subscription over a defined period.
To access it:
Go to your settings by clicking on your initials at the bottom left of the page.
Click on the "Usage and Billing" page.
Click on the "Consumption" sub-page.
Choose a period.
Click on the “Archive storage” tab.
This tracking is available only for Plus, Pro, and Scale plans and is accessible only by Admins and the Account Owner.
