The inability to create a signature request can occur in several cases:

  • If you are logging in from a mobile phone or a touchscreen.

  • If you have reached the monthly quota of signature requests available on your plan.

  • If your Yousign subscription is no longer active.

You cannot create a signature request from a mobile phone. Please log in to Yousign from your computer. However, it is possible to create and edit a signature request with a touchscreen computer if you use a mouse or touchpad.

Check your monthly signature requests quota

If you are on the Plus, Pro, or Scale plan, you can send signature requests with Simple Electronic Signature without limits, and you should not be restricted (check your subscription status here).

  • If you are using the free version (Free plan), you can send 2 signature requests per month (up to 50 documents and 100 signers per signature request).

  • If you are on the One plan, you can send 10 signature requests per month (up to 50 documents and 100 signers per signature).

How to check the remaining number of signature requests on my account?

If you are on the Free or One plan, you can check the number of remaining signature requests at any time:

  • Check on "New" in the top right corner.

  • The number of remaining signature requests for the month will be displayed.

Check the status of your subscription.

To check that your Yousign subscription is active, review all subscription-related information from the "Usage and Billing" page of your account.

Note: Only a user with owner access can make modifications.

If you still cannot send your signature request, feel free to contact our technical support from the "Help" page of your application.
