Once the signature request has been created, you can track its progress directly from the HubSpot record where you initiated it. Here’s how:
Track Requests from HubSpot
In the HubSpot record, the Yousign integration card will list all signature requests created from that record.
For each invitation, you’ll see:
Name: The name of the request. Click to open it in Yousign and see the full details.
Status: The status is updated in real-time as the request moves through different stages, such as Draft, Ongoing, To Approve, Completed, Cancelled, or Expired.

Creation Date: When the invitation was created.
Expiration Date: The deadline for signers to sign and the approvers to approve the documents.
You can also perform the following actions:
Cancel a request.
Send a reminder notification to signers and approvers.
Delete a request.
Get notified in your activity feed
Get notified in your activity feed when your request changes status.
Set up the activity filter to receive Yousign events
In your CRM record (Company, Deal, or Contact), open the Activities tab, then click "Filter activity". Under the Integrations section, select "Yousign".
You will now see all the Yousign related events in your activity feed.

Status | Meaning |
Draft 🚧 | The signature request has been initiated but has not yet been sent to the signers. You can edit the signature request at any time before sending. |
Approval 🔄 | The signature request is awaiting validation from the defined approver(s). |
Ongoing 🔄 | The signature request has been sent to the signers. Not all signatures have been completed yet. |
Done ✅ | All signers have signed the documents in the signature request. |
Rejected ❌ | The signature request was rejected by one of the approvers. |
Declined ❌ | The signature request was declined by one of the signers. |
Canceled ❌ | The signature request was sent and then cancelled by a user. |
Expired ⌛️ | One or more approvers and/or signers did not approve and/or sign your documents before the expiration date of your signature request. However, you can reactivate your expired signature request to extend its signing deadline. |
Deleted 🗑️ | The signature has been put in the trash. |

Track your HubSpot requests from Yousign
You can also track your requests directly in the Yousign app. Go to the Signatures page and use filters to display only those requests created via the HubSpot source.
