Cancel your subscription
You can request the cancellation of your Yousign subscription at any time from the application. To do so:
Go to the "Subscription" page,
Click on "Cancel subscription",
You will be redirected to your subscription recap page, where you will see a summary of your current subscription and the effective date of your cancellation.
The final step is to fill out our exit survey, where you can detail the reason for your cancellation request.
If you wish to go through with your cancelation, click “confirm cancelation”
Your subscription will now be canceled.
Only account owners can cancel a subscription
Your cancellation request must be made at least :
15 days before the end of the current period, in the case of a monthly subscription
30 days before the end of the current period in the case of an annual or multi-year subscription
Consequences of canceling your subscription
You will no longer be able to send signature requests once your subscription has been canceled and not at the time of the request.
You can keep and continue to have access to all the documents you have signed with Yousign, even after your subscription has been canceled.
