Cancel your subscription


You can request the cancellation of your Yousign subscription at any time from the application. To do so:

  • Go to the "Subscription" page,

  • Click on "Cancel subscription",

  • You will be redirected to your subscription recap page, where you will see a summary of your current subscription and the effective date of your cancellation.

  • The final step is to fill out our exit survey, where you can detail the reason for your cancellation request.

  • If you wish to go through with your cancelation, click “confirm cancelation

  • Your subscription will now be canceled.

Only account owners can cancel a subscription

Your cancellation request must be made at least :

  • 15 days before the end of the current period, in the case of a monthly subscription

  • 30 days before the end of the current period in the case of an annual or multi-year subscription

Consequences of canceling your subscription


You will no longer be able to send signature requests once your subscription has been canceled and not at the time of the request.

You can keep and continue to have access to all the documents you have signed with Yousign, even after your subscription has been canceled.

Choosing Freemium Plan as an Alternative


Keep Access with Yousign’s Freemium Plan

Before cancelling your account and no longer being able to send signature requests, consider our Freemium plan as an alternative. This plan allows you to continue using Yousign with some limitations but keeping the essential features available.

Why choose the Freemium Plan?

Choosing the Freemium Plan allows you to maintain access to your Yousign account without losing access to our core features, offering an ideal solution if you’re unsure about completely closing your account.

By switching to the Freemium plan, you can:

  • Enjoy unlimited self-signing, allowing you to sign as many documents as you need.

  • Benefit from 2 signature requests per month to send documents for signing.

The Freemium Plan gives you the flexibility for you to pause, adapt, or upgrade anytime without losing your connection to Yousign.

How to Switch to the Freemium Plan

  • Go to the "Subscription" page,

  • Click on "Cancel subscription",

  • You will be redirected to your subscription recap page, where you will see a summary of your current subscription and the effective date of your cancelation.

  • The final step is to fill out our exit survey, where you can detail the reason for your cancelation request.

  • You will have the option to close your account or switch to the Freemium Plan.

  • If you wish to go through, click ‘switch to free plan’

The notice period for making this change follows the same rules as cancelling your subscription:

  • For monthly subscriptions, you need to request the switch at least 15 days before the end of the current billing period.

  • For annual or multi-year subscriptions, the request must be made at least 30 days before the end of the current billing period.

If you don’t respect this notice period, your free plan will be available at the next renewal date.
