Filters allow you to sort and find specific signature requests in Yousign. Follow this article to find out how to use them.
Discover filters
You can filter signature requests in your Signatures page to quickly find specific signature requests.
Filters will stay active during a single session on the Yousign App, they will be cleared if you log out or after 12 hours on the App. You can also remove filters at any time.
You can combine, delete, and add filter operators to access the requests you are looking for. You can filter by:
Signer
Status
Draft, the signature request has been initiated but has not yet been sent to signers.
Approval, the signature request is awaiting validation from the defined approver(s).
Ongoing, the signature request has been created and sent to signers. Not all signatures have been completed yet.
Done, all signers have signed the documents in the signature request.
Expired, one or more approvers and/or signers did not approve and/or sign your documents before the expiration date of your signature request.
Canceled, the signature request was sent and then canceled by a user.
Rejected, the signature request was rejected by one of the approvers.
Declined, the signature request was declined by one of the signers.

Bookmarked only, you can now access your bookmarked Signature Requests by selecting this filter.
Filter operators
Filter operators allow you to refine your searches when using specific filters. The operator list varies based on the filter you have selected. These operators could be:
Contains
The search criteria contains the value you entered.
Is / Is not
The search criteria is or is not the value you selected
After / Before / Between
The signature request is after, before or between the date(s) you selected.
Starts with / Ends with
The search criteria starts with or ends with the value you entered.
For example: If you are looking for a signature request you sent before 21/06/24, you would select the "Send Date" filter, then the "Before" operator and then select the date.
Add filters
To refine your signature request searches, you can add one or more filters. To do this:
Go to the Signatures page.
Click on the "Filters" button next to the search bar.
Select the filters you need.
Add filter operators if you wish.
Click on "Apply".
Repeat these actions with all the filters you need.
Your signature requests will be filtered.
You can combine up to 20 filters per search.
You can sort filtered signature request by clicking on "Sort by".
Export filtered signature requests
You can easily export the list of filtered signature requests. To do this:
Click on "Export list in CSV".
The export will be automatically downloaded to your computer.
The export considers the selected filters. If you want to download all signature requests, clear all filters before clicking the export button.
The export automatically downloads to your computer, including multiple columns:
Signature Request Id: Identification of the signature request
Signature Request Name: Name of the signature request
Workspace Name: Workspace name
Status: Status of the signature request
Labels: Labels of the signature request
Sender: Name of the signature request sender
Created At: Date of signature request creation
Sent At: Date of signature request sending
Expiration Date: Expiry date of the signature request
Approved At: Date of signature request approval
Rejected At: Date of signature request rejection
Number of Documents: Number of documents in the signature request
Signature Level: Signature level of the signature request
Declined At: Date of signature request decline
Completed At: Date when the signature request was completed
Remove filters
You can clear all filters at any time or simply remove them one at a time.
To remove all filters:
Click on "X Clear filters" next to the "Filters" button.
All filters will be removed.
To remove individual filters
Click on "X" at the right of the filter you want to remove.
The individual filter will be removed.
