Yousign offers three different roles:

Roles define permissions at the organization level (e.g., settings, billing, user management). Within each workspace, visibility of signature requests is controlled separately via workspace access levels. Members can only see and edit the signature requests (SRs) to which they are granted access, depending on their level in each workspace.

To know more about different roles and accesses, see our dedicated article.

Manage your own signature requests

Depending on your workspace access level, you can view and manage:

  • Personal access: only your own signature requests

  • Full access (if granted by an Admin or Owner): all signature requests in the workspace

By default, Members have Personal access in their workspaces and cannot see other users’ signature requests.

Manage the contact list

As a member, you can manage contacts shared with your organization and your workspaces, within the limits of your access permissions. As a member:

  • You can create,

  • You can modify,

  • You can delete contacts of your organization.

Manage Templates & Forms

As a member, you can :

  • Create, use, and edit your own Templates.

    • Templates you create may be shared with other users in the workspace, depending on their permissions.

    • You can use the templates created by other users from your account

  • Create and use all Forms in your workspaces, respecting workspace-level access.

    • You can create Forms, which will be available for other users of your account

    • You can use Forms created by other users from your account

If you need to track or manage signature requests created by others in a workspace, your access level must be Full, which can be granted by an Admin or Owner.
