Trying to sign a document, but don't receive the security code to authenticate and sign?
The security code is sent automatically by Yousign when clicking on the "Sign" button, once you've read the documents.
If you don't receive the code :
Make sure that the phone number and country code displayed are correct.
If the phone number is not correct, contact the sender of the signature request so that they can change it (you cannot change it by yourself).
Make sure your phone is switched on.
Check that your phone is connected to the mobile network and that "Airplane" mode is not activated.
Run a test to make sure you're receiving other messages (not sent by Yousign).
