I can't create a signature request
Review all needed steps to create a signature request in dedicated guide here.
If you're not able to start a signature request from your application, please check the following :
- You have an active subscription and remaining requests in your plan. You'll find all information about your account on "Usage and Billing" page on your application (only user with Owner access can edit the subscription).
- You are connected to Yousign from a computer. You cannot start and create a signature request from a mobile phone or a tactile device.
