If you have a Yousign account


Do you have a question, need help or can't find the answer to a technical problem? Contact us directly from your Yousign account.

  • Log in to your Yousign account,

  • Click on the Help page at the bottom left of your screen (with the bubble icon),

  • Select the topic of your request from :

    • Commercial request,

    • Feature request,

    • Incident or bug report,

    • Completion request (AES, QES, API, SSO),

    • Other request,

  • Write your message,

  • If necessary, attach documents to complete your request,

  • Click on "Send message".

Once your request has been validated, our team will reply by e-mail within a few hours.

If you do not have a Yousign account

For security and privacy reasons, our customer service cannot respond to requests from signers who do not have a Yousign account.

If you do not have a Yousign account, you must contact the sender of the signature request. The sender's name appears on the signature request received by e-mail.
