When you send an invitation, the link to access the documents is valid for 48 hours.
This ensures the security of your signature links.
After this time, an additional authentication level is required:
If your recipients are using this link beyond the 48-hour period, they will be redirected to a page where they can request a new link in just one click. You do not have any additional action to proceed on your side, recipients can request the link on their own.
A new link is generated and sent to recipient's email address.
Then they can click on signature request's link and access documents!
If your recipients are having issues receiving our e-mails from Yousign, please redirect them to help article below.
If you have a Yousign subscription, the new links are automatically generated if you are logged in to your account.
