Zapier is an online automation tool that connects Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Airtable, Slack, and +6,000 others to Yousign. You can connect Yousign to your day-to-day tools to automate repetitive tasks without coding or relying on developers to build the integration.
You can connect Yousign to Zapier if you are on a Plus, Pro or Scale subscription.
It's not available on the Free and One plans.
Benefits of connecting Zapier and Yousign
To give you a few concrete examples and give you an idea of how integration with Zapier can be used with eSignature, here are some of the most common examples used by our customers :
Automate the transfer of signed documents
You can automate the transfer of your signed documents and corresponding audit trails automatically to your preferred storage area. In this way, all your employees can access signed documents from their business tools.

Thanks to Zapier, you can update your spreadsheets or databases to monitor your business with real-time information from Yousign.
For example, you can update the status of a signature request automatically in your tool and add the signers' details for very instant access.
Automate the receipt of notifications from your favourite tools
Keep an eye on your signatures by sending notifications directly to your favourite channels like Slack, Microsoft Teams or even by SMS or WhatsApp.

Create an automation with Zapier
Creating a Zap requires no coding knowledge and you'll be walked step-by-step through the setup, you need an Admin or Owner account on Yousign to connect with Zapier :
Log in with your Zapier account, or create an account.
Once you've logged in, you'll be taken to the main page of Zapier, click on the "+ Create a Zap" button.
This takes you to the screen where you can connect your tools. More specifically, the aim is to carry out actions using triggers.
Start by naming your Zap in the top left-hand corner of your screen.
Let's say we want to automatically send our signed documents to Google Drive!
Click on the first block, called "1.Trigger".
Click on Yousign (or search for it using the search bar).
You can now select the type of Yousign trigger you want, in the "Event" search bar:
Contact Created
Signature Request Done
Signer done
Once selected, click on the “Continue” button to connect to your Yousign account.
Once you have entered your Yousign account details, you can click on the “Continue” button. Congratulations, your Yousign account is now connected to Zapier.
Please note that, as mentioned by Zapier, the connection between Yousign and Zapier is secure, so your data is protected.
Finally, the last step is to test your Trigger to make sure that everything is working perfectly, click on the "Test trigger" button produces a success message confirming that everything is OK.
Congratulations, you've just created your Yousign Trigger. You can now repeat this operation for the Action to be carried out in your everyday tool.
In our example, all you have to do is select Google Drive as the tool performing the Action and connect Zapier to your Google account.
