You can connect Yousign to your tools in order to use your external contacts in your signature requests, templates and forms.
Benefits of connecting your external contacts with Yousign
If you use a CRM and/or a HRIS tool, you don’t need to juggle between your tool and Yousign to gather signer information. By activating the connexion with your tool of choice, you can save time and seamlessly use your contacts within Yousign.
Once your tool is connected, you’ll be able to add your external contacts as signers, approvers, or followers in your signature requests, templates and forms:
All your Yousign users can connect or disconnect tools
All your Yousign users can use it (regardless of workspace).
You can connect your CRM or HRIS tool if you are on a Plus, Pro or Scale subscription. It is possible to connect at the same time multiple contact sources.
They are not available on the Free and One plans.
