From HubSpot, you can:

Who can use the integration?
The HubSpot integration is included for free from the Plus plan, as well as during the Trial period.

Once the Yousign integration is installed and configured in your HubSpot account, the Yousign integration card will be visible to all HubSpot users.
However, only users who meet the following conditions can interact with the card (e.g., create signature requests, send reminders, view request details):
They must have an active Yousign account.
Their HubSpot and Yousign accounts must share the same email address.
For example, if 5 HubSpot users need access to the Yousign integration, you’ll need 5 Yousign user licenses — one for each user, with matching email addresses.
