The Signature Portal lets you view and sign all your pending documents in one place, without creating a Yousign account. If you regularly receive multiple signature requests (for example, as a legal representative or executive), you can easily review, select, and sign them all in a single action.
Prerequisites
Your organization must share its Signature Portal link with you.
Use the same email address that was used to send you the signature requests.
You need access to your email inbox.
Step-by-step instructions
Follow these steps to access the Signature Portal and sign your pending documents in bulk.
1) Open the Signature Portal link
Click the Signature Portal link provided by your organization.
Enter your email address and click Continue.
Check your email inbox, find the 6-digit code, and enter it to log in.
Your session remains active for 3 hours.
2) Review your pending signature requests
The portal displays all documents awaiting your signature.
Click any request to preview the documents and fill in any mandatory fields before signing.
3) Select eligible requests for bulk signing
Tick the checkbox next to each request you want to sign.
Only Simple Electronic Signature (SES) requests are eligible for bulk signing. Advanced (AES) and Qualified (QES) requests are excluded.
All selected requests must share the same authentication method (no code, email code, or SMS code). If they differ, sign them in separate batches.
4) Sign in bulk
Click Sign X requests.
If the selected requests require an authentication code, enter the 6-digit code received by email or SMS (depending on each request’s security setting).
Click “Sign” to confirm and complete all selected requests in one action.
5) Confirm and proceed
A confirmation message appears once the requests are signed, and you’ll retrieve each document by email if your organisation enables the reception. (i.e, organisation can deactivate sending mail in Custom Experiences).
Signed items automatically disappear from your “To sign” list.
If some requests remain (for example, those with a different authentication method), repeat the selection and signing steps.
FAQ
I can’t log in to the portal.
Make sure you entered the same email address used for your signature requests. If your access expired, enter your email again to receive a new code. If the issue persists, contact the sender of your documents.
I don’t see all my documents.
The portal only shows requests that are awaiting your signature and linked to your email address. AES and QES requests will also appear, but they can’t be signed in bulk.
Why can’t I select some requests together?
Bulk signing requires the same authentication method across selected requests - only Simple Electronic Signature (no code, email code, or SMS code). Select and sign them in separate batches if methods differ.
What’s the maximum I can sign in one go?
You can bulk sign up to 300 signature requests at a time.
I didn’t receive my authentication code.
For email codes: check your spam folder and wait a minute before requesting a new code.

Can I draw or upload my signature image when bulk signing?
No. Bulk signing uses your standard pre-configured signature.
