The Signature Portal gives your external signers one place to view and bulk sign their pending requests, without creating a Yousign account. Sharing your organisation’s portal link reduces email noise, shortens turnaround times, and improves completion rates on high-volume workflows for busy signers.
Prerequisites
Role: Organisation Owner or Admin (access to Organisation settings).
Plan: Available on eligible plans PLUS, PRO and SCALE. Check your Subscription page or contact us if unsure.
Scope and limits for signers:
Only Simple Electronic Signature (SES) requests are eligible for bulk signing.
Selected requests must share the same authentication method (no code, email code, or SMS code).
Up to 300 signature requests can be signed in one bulk action.
Access is secured with an email check and a one-time code; sessions are time-limited to 3 hours.
Step-by-step instructions
1) Find your Signature Portal link
Go to the Yousign app and click your profile to open Settings.
Open Organisation settings (General Settings).
Copy your organisation’s portal link.
2) Share the link with your recurring external signers
Paste the link into your communication channel (email, CRM message, or internal portal for partners).
Include simple guidance for signers:
Use the same email address that receives Yousign invitations.
Keep your inbox (and phone if SMS authentication is used) nearby to receive the 6-digit code.
Signers can select up to 300 requests per batch; only SES requests are eligible; all selected items must share the same authentication method.
3) Support your signers (tips to include in your communications)
Ask signers to check they are using the email address receiving Yousign invitations.
If they can’t select a request, it may use a different authentication method; ask them to sign those in a separate batch.
If their session expires, they can request a new 6-digit code from the portal.

4) Track progress as usual
In your Yousign account, open your Signatures dashboard.
Monitor status changes in real time (Pending, Completed, etc.).
Send reminders if needed from the request details page.
