The available languages are : English🇬🇧 , French🇫🇷 , German🇩🇪, Italian🇮🇹, Spanish🇪🇸 , Dutch🇳🇱 and Polish🇵🇱 .

To personalize the recipient's language when adding a contact:

  • Go to the Contacts page.

  • Click on "Add contact".

  • Enter your contact's relevant information (to know more about adding a contact, see our related article).

  • Select your recipient's language they wish to receive information in.

  • Click on "Create contact".

Personalise the recipient's language

The recipient will receive all communication in the chosen language. To know more about contacts, check out our article!

Before sending a signature request, you can see in what language it will be sent to the recipient.

Please note that mention fields will be in the language of the sender's account.

Edit the recipient's language


You can edit the recipient's language whilst creating a signature request or after you have sent it, as long as the recipient has not yet signed the signature request.

You can only edit the Signer’s language directly when creating a signature request. You must change the Approvers and Followers language on the Contacts page.

From the signature request creation page

To change a signer language from the signature request creation page:

  • Click on "..." at the right of the signer that you wish to modify the language.

  • Click "Edit this signer".

  • Click on the arrow of the language field.

  • Select the new language you want for your signer.

  • Click "update signer".

Personalise the recipient's language

The changes made here will not be saved in the contact list or in the recipient’s existing requests.

From sent signature requests

If you have sent a signature request and realize the recipient's language is incorrect, you can change it as long as the recipient has not yet signed it. To do this:

  • Go to the Signatures page.

  • Click on the signature request you want to edit the recipient's language.

  • Click on "..." at the right of the recipient you want to edit the language.

  • Click "Edit this recipient".

  • Change the language by clicking on "Language" and selecting the new language.

  • Click "Update this recipient".

  • The recipient's language will be changed.
