Invitations to sign have a life cycle and can go through different statuses:

All requests: All signature requests created and sent.

Draft: The signature request has been created, you can still add or remove recipients and edit your request before sending it.

Approval: Your request is still pending for approval by the approver.

Ongoing : Signature requests sent but not completed and still waiting for signature.

Done: All recipients have signed their documents.

Bookmarked : You can find all the requests you bookmarked.

Expired: Recipients have not signed before the expiry date of your request. You can reactivate your request to extend the signing period.

Canceled: You can find all the requests that you canceled.

Rejected: Requests rejected by the approver.

Trash: You can find all the drafts you have deleted in the trash.
