In your signature request's parameters, you can observe in column "Request status" different status :
To sign : your request is still pending for signature.
Signer verified (only for advanced electronic signature) : your recipient's ID has been validated but the request is still pending for signature. You can remind recipient to sign by clicking on "Action" then on "Send reminder".
Signed : your request is signed.
