Security code is sent by SMS once you click on "Sign" within the signature request.
If you are unable to receive SMS security code to sign documents, please follow steps below:
- Restart your mobile phone
- Check that the phone number and the country code are correct
- Check that the phone is switched on
- Check that the phone has mobile network and is not in "Airplane" mode.
- Do a test to check that you can receive other SMS messages (not sent from Yousign).
