I did not receive my email
Emails sent by Yousign can sometimes be blocked by your e-mail provider. You can take the following actions :
- Spam folder
- Check your spam / junk email folder
- Add our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org to your "whitelist" or add this address as a contact. Emails should no longer be blocked by your provider.
Request's sender can also send again your signature request invite, do not hesitate to reach out to your request's sender.
- Are signers ordered within the procedure ?
If signers are ordered within the signature request, you'll receive an email notification for you to sign only once all previous signers have completed their signature request.
