I did not receive my email

Emails sent by Yousign can sometimes be blocked by your e-mail provider. You can take the following actions : 

  • Spam folder
  1. Check your spam / junk email folder 
  2. Add our e-mail address app@yousign.com to your "whitelist" or add this address as a contact. Emails should no longer be blocked by your provider. 

Request's sender can also send again your signature request invite, do not hesitate to reach out to your request's sender. 

  • Are signers ordered within the procedure ? 

If signers are ordered within the signature request, you'll receive an email notification for you to sign only once all previous signers have completed their signature request.
