Downloading fields data can be very useful for:
Having an additional proof, on top of the signed document, of the information filled in by a signer
Using the information from the checkboxes
Simply go to the invitation detail page and click on "..." at the top right corner of the page and then "Download fields data”.
This will download a .csv file on your computer, with all the information from text input and checkbox fields filled in by the participants.
