Connect Youtrust to your AI agent

📖 Table of contents

Beta

The AI connector is currently in public beta. The feature is available to all Youtrust users. We are actively improving it and would love your feedback.

What is the Youtrust AI connector?

The Youtrust AI connector lets you manage your signature requests directly from your AI agent, without opening Youtrust.

Ask questions in plain language, check statuses, and send documents, all while staying in the flow of what you were already doing.

No technical setup. No new interface to learn. Just ask, and your AI agent handles the rest.

The connector uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), a standard that lets AI assistants securely interact with external services like Yousign.

What can you do with it?

Here are three things you can do today with the Youtrust AI connector.

Check if someone has signed

You are drafting a welcome email for a new hire. Before you finalize it, you want to confirm that the offer letter has already been signed. No need to open Youtrust.

You: Has Camille Martin signed the offer letter I sent her?
AI agent: Camille Martin signed on April 5 at 10:32. View in Youtrust.

Get a full picture of what is pending

You start your week in your AI chat, planning your priorities. Before you write your follow-up plan, you want a quick overview of everything still waiting on a signature.

You: Show me all my signature requests that are still pending.
AI agent: Here are your pending signature requests:

- NDA, Acme Corp: waiting for Marc Lefebvre (8 days)
View in Youtrust

- Offer letter, Julie Petit: waiting for Julie Petit (2 days)
View in Youtrust

- Service agreement, Beta SAS: waiting for Pierre Simon (12 days)

You can also ask for more details:

You: Show me all my pending requests. Also, tell me when the last reminder was sent for each.

Send a request from a template

You are finalizing a new hire with your manager. Everything is confirmed. You want to send the NDA right away, without opening a new tab.

You: Send our standard NDA to Julien Moreau at [julien.moreau@example.com](<mailto:julien.moreau@example.com>).

AI agent: I've created a draft using the Standard NDA template for Julien Moreau ([julien.moreau@example.com](<mailto:julien.moreau@example.com>)). Preview in Youtrust

Shall I send it, or would you prefer to review and send it yourself?

You: Please send it.

AI agent: Done. The NDA has been sent to Julien Moreau ([julien.moreau@example.com](<mailto:julien.moreau@example.com>)).
They will receive an email shortly.

About the Beta

The AI connector is in public beta. Here is what that means for you:

  • Some bugs may appear. If you run into something unexpected, we want to hear about it.

  • The feature is still growing. We are adding new capabilities and the feature will keep evolving during the beta.

  • Some conditions may change. Rate limits and plan availability may be adjusted during the beta period.

The beta has no fixed end date. We will communicate when it moves to general availability.

Frequently asked questions

Is my data safe when I use the AI connector?

Yes. The AI connector connects to your Youtrust account using a secure, authenticated connection. Youtrust is GDPR-compliant, and all activity goes through our standard infrastructure, the same as when you use Youtrust directly.

For questions about how your AI agent handles data, refer to its own privacy policy.

Are there usage limits?

Yes. The AI connector has a rate limit of 100 MCP tools calls per minute per user.

If you are on a free trial, sending signature requests through the AI connector is limited to 20 per hour per organization.

Please use the AI connector responsibly. Organizations must not send more than 100 signature requests per month via the AI connector. Doing so will be considered abusive usage, and we reserve the right to restrict access in those cases.

Which AI agents are supported?

At launch, the AI connector works with Claude (claude.ai), ChatGPT, and Mistral Le Chat. We are actively working on expanding to more agents.

Who can use the AI connector?

All Youtrust users can use the AI connector, regardless of their plan or role. It is available on all plans, including the free trial.

What does "Beta" mean exactly?

It means we are releasing the feature early so we can learn from real usage. During the beta, some things may not be perfect yet, and rate limits or plan conditions may evolve. Your feedback is what helps us improve the feature before it is fully finalized.

We want you to try it and tell us what works and what does not.
