📖 Table of contents

With Bulk Approval, approvers can save time by reviewing and approving multiple Signature Requests all at once, without needing to open each request individually.

Follow this guide to understand what Bulk Approval is, when you can use it, and how it works.

Discover Bulk Approval

Bulk Approval allows you to approve several pending Signature Requests in one go, directly from your Inbox.

This helps you avoid repetitive actions and makes the approval flow much smoother, especially if you manage many requests.

You can use Bulk Approval on Signature Requests:

  • are visible in your Inbox

  • appear in the “To approve” section

  • require approval from you only (no signing step from you)

Bulk Approval is available on Pro and Scale plans.

When to use Bulk Approval

Bulk Approval can be used when you have multiple Signature Requests awaiting your approval.

You can use Bulk Approval when:

  • You must be an approver only on the request (you are not also a signer).

  • The requests are displayed in your Inbox under “To approve”.

A few limitations to be aware of:

  • Requests where you are both signer and approver.

  • Bulk Approval is not available in the Signature Portal.

  • If a Signature Request includes a consent step or requires other interactions that must be reviewed individually, it will not be eligible for Bulk Approval.

How to use Bulk Approval

To approve multiple requests using Bulk Approval:

  • Go to your Inbox.

  • Open the “To approve” section.

  • From the list, select the Signature Requests you want to approve.

  • If needed, open and review the documents of any request.

  • Click Approve.

  • All selected Signature Requests will be approved in one action.

Where to find your approved requests

To review or access your approved Signature Requests:

  1. Go to the “Completed” section of your Inbox.

  2. Search for or select the request you want to review.

  3. Scroll down to view the documents or click See more to open the request details.
